1) Weight reduction

Reduce the intake of spicy food,that may cause dryness to your body.Dryness is another major cause of vata dhosa.Also stop consuming cold as well as junk food,that may increase in vata dosha, which may leads you to pain. ‘Panchakarma’ is part of the Ayurvedic treatment. 2) Balancing 3 humoral ( vatha, pitha, kabha)

There are 3 humors, or doshas, such as vatha,pitha and kabha doshas in each human body. These 3 doshas are the major reasons for a person’s mental,emotional and physiological health. . Padahastasana is the best workout ,in particular it allow vata dhosa to flow optimally through the body. Whenever a person suffers from lower back pain that is not due to muscular reason, then this pose is best with the elimination.
